Updated over 4 months ago

💡 In Douano, you can work with multiple users. A user can be granted access rights for all modules or be assigned specific rights to one or more modules. This way, you can restrict certain functionalities in Douano for specific users.

⚠️ The subscription for this user will appear on the next invoice. The price depends on the number of active users. For up-to-date pricing information, please refer to our website: https://douano.com/en/pricing.

⇢ Go to Settings - Users.

  • Click the green plus sign to add a new user.

  • Click on a user line to edit their details.

💡 To terminate a subscription, click on the green stop icon in the user’s line. Starting from the next month, this user will no longer be billed.
