💡 In this section, you can configure parameters that apply across the entire Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in Douano.
⇢ Go to Settings - Relation management - General and click on a setting line to open and edit it.
Default note for relations: enter a default note or template that will automatically appear for every new relation created in Douano. This helps ensure that consistent base information is captured across all relations.
Default account manager: select a user who will be set as the default account manager when creating a new relation. This can still be overridden manually per relation.
💡 Only active users in Douano can be selected here.
Default validity period for quotations: set the number of days a quotation is valid by default.
