💡 For transactions such as purchases, sales orders, production orders, etc., you can assign standard stock locations in Douano.
💡 These default stock locations can still be manually overridden when creating a specific order or production process.
Go to Settings - Stock management - Standard stock locations
Open the transaction type for which you want to assign a default stock location.
Click the green plus button to add a new transaction type with a default location.
💡 These fields allow you to define precise default behavior for stock flows based on transaction type and movement.
Transaction type: select whether it concerns a sale, production, repackaging, etc.
Stock movement: define the nature of the movement: shipment, receipt, transfer, etc.
Stock location: choose the default stock location to be applied for the above combination.
