💡 With a filling order in Douano, you can fill a finished product, such as a beer, gin, etc., into a container or a composite product. Based on the known content of the container or the products in the composition, Douano will remove the required products from stock and add the filled product to stock.

General data
Customer: by default, your own company is filled in here.
💡 However, if you are creating a filling order for another company, you can specify that company here.
Reference: an optional reference from yourself or from the company for which you are producing. This reference is also shown in the overview of filling orders and can therefore be useful for quickly identifying a filling order.
Planned date: the date on which you scheduled the start of production.
Desired delivery date: an optional date that can be taken into account when planning multiple filling orders.
Filling process: the filling process you want to use to complete this filling order.
Stock location for picking: one or more stock locations where the components will be picked.
Stock location for storage: the stock location where the produced goods will be stored.
Filling
💡 In this section, you enter one or more finished products you want to produce. This is only possible if the finished product has already been created in Douano.
Product: select the finished product you want to produce.
Quantity: the number of finished products you will produce or have already produced, expressed in pieces.
Summary
💡 This section shows which products you need to carry out this filling. It also shows how much available stock remains and exactly how much you need for this filling order.
Remarks on documents
Document type: the type of document on which the remark should be displayed.
Remark: the remark that should be displayed on the chosen document type.
Links with other transactions
💡 In this section, you can link to other transactions such as other filling orders, production orders, repackaging, purchase orders, etc. This allows you, for example, to indicate that this filling order is waiting for a production order. You can create multiple links.
Waiting for: the transaction(s) this filling order is waiting for.
Requested by: the transaction(s) that are waiting for this filling order.
