Stock management - History

💡 The stock history provides a complete overview of all movements related to a specific stock item. This is useful to trace at any moment where a product came from, what happened to it, and where it went.

Overview

💡 In the overview, you can see each stock movement in chronological order. These stock movements may include:

  • Receipts/Additions: via an inbound purchase, production, filling, etc.

  • Internal transfers: movements from one stock location to another.

  • Productions or repackaging: when the product has been processed into a new item.

  • Filling orders: when the product has been used for fillings.

  • Sales: when the product has been sold and invoiced to a customer.

  • Corrections/Removals: internal write-offs, quality loss, or adjustments.

Filters

💡 With the filters in the stock history, you can search specifically for the information you need. For example, you can check:

  • Which stock items have been used in a production, repackaging, or filling.

  • What the complete flow is from a raw material to the finished product.

  • Which stock items were transferred or removed on a specific date.

  • ...

By using these filters, you gain full insight into the lifecycle of a stock item, which is essential for traceability, quality control, and audits.

  • By hovering over a data element, you can quickly activate a filter. This allows you to easily filter by, for example:

    • a specific product,

    • a lot/batch number,

    • a stock location,

    • a date,

    • ...

  • You can also combine multiple filters to refine your search and find more targeted information.

  • Want to remove a filter? Simply click again on the active filter, and you will automatically return to your previous search result.

💡 You can always export the results of your search to Excel via the green download icon in the top right corner.
