💡 For each product, every stock item is displayed on a separate line with its receipt date, lot/batch number, and expiration date.
💡 In the overview, under each tab you will find the stock details of the products, always with the following information:
Item Number: the item number of the product.
Product: the name of the product.
Stock Location: the stock location where this product is stored.
Physical Quantity: the total number of units, liters, etc. currently in stock.
Unassigned Quantity: the part of the physical stock that is still freely available. This is calculated as: physical quantity minus the quantity already reserved for transactions.
Reserved Quantity: the number of units, liters, etc. reserved for a specific customer or transaction. More information on reservations can be found in this 👉 guide.

Overview
In stock: shows only the products that are currently available in stock. Products with zero stock are not displayed here.
Blocked: shows products that are in stock but temporarily blocked. As long as the block is active, these products cannot be used in transactions. Once the block is lifted, they are automatically released again.
Expired: shows products still in stock but past their expiration date. You can still use them in transactions, but a warning will always be displayed.
All: shows a complete overview of all products that have ever been in your stock, regardless of whether they are currently available or not.
Download: use the download icon to export the current stock, or a historical stock on a specific date.
Magnifying glass: with the magnifying glass icon, you can check in which transactions the stock (fully or partially) is reserved.
💡 By clicking on a product line, you can view all stock items of that product.
Specific stock item data
💡 By clicking on the line of a stock item, you will see all its details. You can also edit or add information directly there if necessary.
Lot/Batch number: enter the lot or batch number, or modify an existing one.
Expiration date: enter the expiration date, or modify an existing one.
Sublocation: use this field to assign a stock item to a sublocation.
Remark: an optional field to add further notes.
Is blocked: check this box to block the stock item. Uncheck it to release it again.
💡 A blocked stock item cannot be used in transactions. To make it available again, you must first lift the block.
Blocking reason: an optional field to provide clarification about the block.
