💡 Every transaction in Douano receives a unique transaction number. This transaction number always consists of a prefix followed by a sequence number.

💡 In Douano, each transaction has a default prefix configured. This default prefix can be modified.
💡 To adjust the prefix and/or sequence number of a transaction, click on the line of that transaction.
Prefix: the letters used to identify transactions of the selected type.
Last number: here you can manually set the last number of the selected transaction type. For example, if you enter 100, Douano will assign 101 as the sequence number for the next transaction of this type.
