💡 To be able to use action types in the Relation Management module, you must first create them.
⇢ Go to Settings - Relation management - Action types and click on the green plus sign.
Name: the name of the action type. Typical examples are: Email, On-site Visit, Phone Call, …
Visible in dropdown lists: checked by default to allow this action type to be selected when creating an action.
Default: you can designate one action type as the default. The default action type will automatically be selected when creating new actions.
Description: an optional field to provide further details.
Color: click the paint palette to assign a color to this action type. An action with this action type will be shown in the calendar in the selected color.
Action interval: specify the number of days that must pass before this action should be scheduled again.
💡 Action intervals can optionally be set for relationships. For relationships where one or more action intervals are defined, Douano will suggest 'to be scheduled actions' for this relationship based on the configured number of days.
