💡 Douano includes the most commonly used Intrastat codes by default. These codes can be assigned to finished products or products you trade.
💡 Intrastat codes must be assigned to finished products if you use the EMCS plugin.
⇢ Go to Settings – Products – Intrastat Codes.
Click on an Intrastat code to edit it.
Click the green plus icon to create a new Intrastat code.
Name: the name of the Intrastat code. This code consists of 8 digits. You can look up Intrastat codes on this 👉 page.
Visible in dropdown lists: enabled by default so the Intrastat code can be selected when assigning it to a product.
Default: you can mark one Intrastat code as the default. It will automatically be selected when creating new products.
Description: an optional field to provide additional context.
