Why aren’t companies automatically listed as contacts in Relationship Management?

💡 In Douano, you have the freedom to decide which companies you also want to manage as contacts in Relationship Management.

💡 You can quickly create contacts from companies 'in bulk'.

⇢ Go to Companies - Companies.

  • Open the Filter at the top right. In the field 'Has no', filter on 'contact'. You will now see an overview of all companies that do not have a contact.

  • Tick the companies in the list that you want to add as contacts in Relationship Management. Then click on the menu icon at the top and select 'Create contacts'.

💡 A new screen will now appear where you can configure a number of parameters. These settings apply to all companies for which you are creating a contact through the bulk action.

  • Account manager: select the account manager responsible for these contacts.

  • Priority: set the priority you want to assign to these contacts.

  • Status: assign the status you want for these contacts.

  • Group access: select the user group(s) you want to grant access to these contacts.
