Relation management - Contacts

💡 You can assign one or more contacts to a relationship. You can also create contacts without linking them to a relationship.

💡 Contacts that you created directly within a relationship are also shown here.

⇢ Go to Relation management - Contacts.

  • Click the green plus icon to add a new contact.

  • Click on a contact to edit it.

General data

  • Relationship: the relationship this contact belongs to.

💡 This way, you can optionally link a contact to a relationship.

  • Active: checked by default to allow this contact to be used in actions.

Contact

  • First name: the first name of this contact.

  • Last name: the last name of this contact.

  • Position: the role or function of this contact.

  • Phone number: a landline number of this contact.

  • Mobile number: a mobile number of this contact.

  • Email address: an email address of this contact.

  • Marketing consent: use this field to indicate whether this person has given consent for marketing emails.

💡 When creating email lists for marketing purposes, you can download the contact details in Excel format. This makes it easy to gather the email addresses.

Notes

  • Note: in this field, you can keep general information about this person.
