💡 This can also be a future date, allowing you to communicate future pricing in advance.

  • Quantity: the number of product units that should be included in the price list.

Product filters

Prices

💡 This section gives an overview of all products and their corresponding prices that will be included in the list.

  • If the price is known, the source price list will be displayed.

  • If a product has a price adjustment, the info icon will turn green. Hovering over it will show additional details about the adjustment’s origin.

Downloading the price list

💡 Use the download icon at the top right to export the displayed prices to PDF or Excel.

💡 In the next screen, you can adjust some additional settings for the document layout.

  • Show gross price: tick this if the price list should also display the gross price (price incl. VAT).

  • Show alcohol percentage: tick this if the price list should also display the alcohol percentage of the products.

  • Show available stock: tick this if the price list should also display the available stock per product.

  • Show only products with a price: tick this if you only want to include products with a known price.

Group prices per product category

💡 You can organize products in the list by product category. For example, group all blond beers, tripels, etc.

  • Product categories group 1: select one or more categories whose products you want to group in the list.

💡 A new line will automatically appear under group 1, allowing you to set a second group.

Show price list surcharges

  • Excise: tick this if you want the list to display both the net price and excise duty separately.
