💡 Using Per product you can quickly add a product to one or multiple price lists, provided that a price list has already been created for those supplier(s).
💡 This method also allows you to quickly update the price of a product in one or multiple price lists.
⇢ Go to Purchasing - Prices and select Per product.
Click the green plus icon to add a product to a price list.
Open the product line to adjust the price of that product in the price list where it is included.
💡 A product can only be added once to an active price list for the same supplier.
Purchase price list: select the price list in which you want to include this product.
Product: select the product for which you want to set a price.
Supplier item number: optionally enter the supplier’s item number here.
Price excl. excise, VAT: the unit price excluding VAT and excise duty. If you adjust this price, the Price excl. VAT is automatically updated.
💡 This price is leading: if excise rates change, this price will remain unchanged.
Excise duty: the excise amount applicable to the selected product. This amount is automatically calculated by Douano based on the product definition.
Price excl. VAT: the unit price excluding VAT but including excise duty.
💡 If you adjust this price, the Price excl. excise, VAT is automatically updated. This price is indicative: if excise rates change, this price will also change.
💡 If a receipt is made under suspension, no excise duty is charged.
