⇢ Go to Settings – Companies – Company Statuses.

  • Click on a company status line to edit it.

  • Click the green plus icon to create a new company status.

General data

  • Name: the name of the company status.

  • Visible in dropdown lists: this is checked by default, allowing this status to be selected for a company. Uncheck this box if you no longer want this status to be available.

  • Default: you can mark one company status as the default. The default status will be automatically selected when creating new companies. The status “Active” is set as the default.

  • Description: an optional field to provide additional clarification.

  • Company with this status is visible in dropdown lists: checked by default so that companies with this status can still be selected in transactions. Uncheck if you want to prevent companies with this status from being used in transactions.

  • Show warning in orders for companies with this status: check this box if you want to receive a warning when creating an order for a company with this status.
