⇢ Go to Settings – Companies – Company Statuses.
Click on a company status line to edit it.
Click the green plus icon to create a new company status.
General data
Name: the name of the company status.
Visible in dropdown lists: this is checked by default, allowing this status to be selected for a company. Uncheck this box if you no longer want this status to be available.
Default: you can mark one company status as the default. The default status will be automatically selected when creating new companies. The status “Active” is set as the default.
Description: an optional field to provide additional clarification.
Company with this status is visible in dropdown lists: checked by default so that companies with this status can still be selected in transactions. Uncheck if you want to prevent companies with this status from being used in transactions.
Show warning in orders for companies with this status: check this box if you want to receive a warning when creating an order for a company with this status.
