💡 In Douano, you can assign products to a product status. The status Active is set as the default.
⇢ Go to Settings – Products – Product Statuses.
Click on a product status to edit it.
Click the green plus icon to create a new product status.
Name: the name of the product status. Typical examples include: Active, Discontinued, Inactive, ...
Visible in dropdown lists: checked by default, so you can select this status when editing or creating a product.
Default: you can define one product status as the default. This status will be automatically applied when new products are created.
Description: an optional field to provide further explanation.
Products with this status are visible in dropdown lists: checked by default, so products with this status can be selected in transactions. Uncheck this box if you don’t want products with this status to appear in transactional selections.
