If a contact is not yet linked to an existing company in Douano, you can quickly create a company from the contact as follows:
⇢ Go to Relation management - Contacts and search for the contact.
Click on the 'Company icon' in the contact’s row.
Douano will transfer the known details of the contact into the company record.
