Filters
💡 In this block, you can easily search the finished products stock record using a number of filters.
Date: the date of the stock movement.
Raw material: the raw material of the stock movement, such as a specific type of beer, spirits, etc.
Transaction: a specific transaction by which a stock movement was carried out.
Stock location: the stock location of the stock movement.
Operation: does it concern an entry into the stock or a withdrawal from the stock?
LRN: the LRN number of the stock movement. This number is generated by the trader and stated on an eAD document.
MRN/ARC: the MRN or ARC number (for an AC4 declaration or an eAD declaration, respectively) of the stock movement. This number is issued by the Customs systems.
💡 In the Stock sheet block, you can see all stock movements included in the finished products stock record that match the selected filters.
💡 Using the download icon at the top right, you can download this stock record to both Excel and PDF. A download of the excise registrations to Excel is also possible.
