In the new Douano portal, you can easily customize the screens to suit your own work preferences. Below, we explain how to set this up.
1. General View (Applies to all of Douano)
In the top-right corner of the screen, next to your name, you’ll find two handy options. When you enable these, the changes apply immediately to all your screens within Douano:
Compact display: Hides the white space between lines. This makes all the information appear closer together, allowing you to see more data at a glance on your screen.
High contrast: Makes the input fields extra clear. By default, input fields are light gray. If you turn on “High contrast,” the input fields become bright white with a subtle border around them.
2. Customize Columns (Per Screen View)
Would you like to reorganize the views (such as lists of companies or products)? You can configure this for each specific module. For example, if you customize the view under companies, the products view will remain unchanged.
Show or hide columns: Click the green columns button
in the search bar at the top right. Check the boxes next to the columns you want to see, or uncheck them to hide a column.
Change the order of columns: Click the green columns button
in the search bar at the top right. Click the ellipsis icon next to a column name, hold it down, and drag the column up or down to adjust the order on your screen.
Adjust column width: Hover your mouse over the divider line between two column headers (just like in Excel). Vertical dashes will appear. Click on a dash, hold it down, and drag it to the left or right to make the column wider or narrower.
