How can I edit picklists?

Updated over 3 months ago

💡 For every transaction/order where stock items need to be removed from inventory, a pick list is automatically generated from the reserved stock.
This automatic picking is based on the FEFO principle (First-Expiring First-Out) to keep the remaining stock as fresh as possible.

💡 You can override this automatic picking in the pick lists.

Transactions with pick list

  • Transfer

  • Production order

  • Filling order

  • Repackaging

💡 The pick list for these transactions can be opened in two places:

  1. On the transaction line via the menu icon.

  2. Under Stock management - Removals.

On the transaction line

  • Locate the transaction for which you want to adjust the pick list.

  • On the transaction line, click the menu icon and select Open Pick Lists.

Stock management - Removals

💡 A pick list is considered equal to a removal. That’s why you can also open the pick list(s) of a transaction under removals in inventory management.

⇢ Go to Stock management - Removals and find the transaction for which you want to adjust the pick list. You can quickly find it by searching for the transaction number/order number in the search field.

  • Expand the removal line. If picking is required from multiple stock locations, you will see them listed on different lines.

  • Click the line of the stock location where you want to adjust the picking.
