💡 In addition to the two default transport methods - Pickup and Own Transport - you can create custom transport methods. These can then be selected in purchase, inbound, or sales orders.
⇢ Go to Settings - Logistics - Transport methods and click the green plus icon to create a new one.
Name: the name of the transport method. Typical examples: Own Transport, Pickup, or the name of a transport company.
Visible in dropdown lists: enabled by default to allow selection of this transport method in transactions.
Default: you can designate one transport method as the default. This method will be automatically selected when creating new orders.
Description: an optional field to provide additional context or explanation.
Company: you can optionally link a company to a transport method. If you do, the company details will appear on the eAD document for excise-suspended transport using this method.
